Divas Who Dine Terms

Site and intellectual property

Divas Who Dine content is provided for general informational and educational use. Content, downloads, the Divas Who Dine name, logo, chapter identity and branded formats may not be reproduced, sold or republished without written permission except where a written license expressly allows it.

Admission logic

Original Diva identity is permanent and complimentary after verification. The six-week DWD Table requires application, review and written acceptance before payment. Ability to pay never substitutes for acceptance. Completing the Table does not guarantee an invitation to the unlisted alumni membership, directory access, an introduction or any specific outcome.

Applications and acceptance

An application, nomination, waitlist form, interview or invitation to apply is not an acceptance and does not guarantee a seat. DWD may decline or defer an application to protect relevance, trust, privacy, capacity and the chemistry of the network. For vetted offers, accepted applicants receive the applicable participation terms before payment.

Payments

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Purchases are one-time charges unless checkout and the signed agreement clearly state otherwise. Payments may be processed by Stripe; DWD does not receive or store full card numbers. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

The DWD Table

The DWD Table provides facilitated peer exchange, structured actions, feedback and relationship-building opportunities. It does not guarantee revenue, employment, investment, media coverage, partnerships, introductions, alumni membership or any specific result. Schedule, delivery, cancellation, installment and refund terms will be stated in writing before purchase.

Network conduct, privacy and outcomes

DWD participation is consent-governed. Contact details are not automatically released, either woman may decline an introduction, and no introduction or outcome is guaranteed. During the pilot, outcome records should remain categorical and avoid dollar figures or deal specifics unless specific consent and legally reviewed terms permit otherwise.

Recommendations and affiliates

Affiliate and sponsored relationships will be disclosed clearly. DWD may earn a commission from a disclosed affiliate link at no additional cost to the visitor. Compensation does not guarantee inclusion or a positive recommendation.
